Discover how to utilize the Pine Labs Online Dashboard to manage and start initiating payouts.
You can view a clear list of all the payouts initiated from this account, making it easy to view each payout against a payment in detail. Details such as Payout ID, Merchant Payout Reference ID, the total transaction amount, and each payout status information are available in the dashboard.
Pine Labs Online Payouts are organized as listed below.
Individual Payouts
Monitor the status of the payment, including successful transfers and any pending transactions.
Bulk Payouts
Upload a CSV file to provide multiple payout details at once, streamlining the process. We automatically process each payout from the CSV, saving your time and effort.

How to Process Individual Payouts
Learn how to initiate a Payout to a beneficiary using Pine Labs Online Dashboard. Follow the below steps to process a Individual Payout.
Navigate to the Payouts section in your Pine Labs Online Dashboard.
Click on "Create New Payout" or "Individual Payout" button.
Enter the beneficiary details including account number, IFSC code, and name.
Specify the payout amount and add any reference notes if required.
Review all details carefully and click "Submit" to process the payout.
Monitor the payout status in the dashboard for completion confirmation.
How to Process Bulk Payouts
Learn how to initiate a Bulk Payouts to a list of beneficiary's using Pine Labs Online Dashboard. Follow the below steps to process a Bulk Payouts.
Navigate to the Payouts section in your Pine Labs Online Dashboard.
Click on "Bulk Payouts" or "Upload CSV" option.
Download the CSV template or prepare your file with required columns.
Upload your CSV file using drag-and-drop or click-to-browse functionality.
Review the uploaded data and validate all beneficiary details.
Set the processing schedule and submit your bulk payout request.
Note:
- Ensure that the date is in UTC format, following the
YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ssZspecification.- The "Upload" user interface supports both
drag-and-dropandclick-to-browseoptions for bulk payout CSV files.
Once you complete this step, we will begin processing the payouts on the scheduled date and time.
Quick Access
Quickly search payouts, view balances, and manage low-balance alerts from the dashboard.
Search & Filter
With the Pine Labs Online Dashboard, you can easily locate and review any specific payout using search and filter options based on unique identifiers.
Account Balance
You can also check your current account balance directly within the dashboard to stay updated on your available funds.
Low-Balance Alerts
Additionally, to help you avoid payout failures, you can set low-balance alerts under Settings. Simply define a threshold amount, and when your account balance drops below this limit, we'll notify you so you can maintain sufficient funds for smooth payouts.
